About

Nar Narayan Dev Yuvak Mandal (NNDYM) was established in 1994 by His Holiness 1008 Acharyashri Koshalendraprasadji Maharaj. It is headquartered at the historic Shree Swaminarayan Mandir, Kalupur, the first temple consecrated by Bhagwan Shri Swaminarayan Himself.

NNDYM was founded to help youth confront the personal, ethical, and spiritual challenges of human life. Rooted in timeless values and guided by the motto, “Be human first, then religious,” it encourages youth to build strong values as the foundation of their spiritual journey. Building upon this foundation, NNDYM aims to guide youth along their spiritual journey by helping them develop clarity in faith, consistency in practice, and a deeper understanding of their purpose in life.

Today, led by His Holiness 108 Bhavi Acharya Shri Vrajendraprasadji Maharaj, NNDYM spans six countries, totaling over 200,000 members. These members meet on a regular basis, coming together to share experiences, learn from one another, and participate in activities that strengthen their values and faith. Through workshops, service projects, and spiritual camps, NNDYM fosters a sense of community and support while helping youth grow spiritually and personally.

Currently, in the United States, youth participate in weekly activities at their local Mandir, including Satsang classes, music classes, service projects, professional workshops, and team-building exercises. These activities provide opportunities for learning, personal growth, and fostering friendships rooted in shared values. In addition, youth from 30+ Mandirs gather at the regional level throughout the year. This includes twice-yearly spiritual camps and annual sports day, offering opportunities to deepen their understanding of faith, engage in meaningful service, build a stronger sense of community across Mandirs, and promote physical well-being.
